Suiryu Neoroman is a high-contrast display typeface that combines retro-modern kana with kanji that have a square structure and slightly low waist. The ornamental uroko (serifs) on the terminals create a clean and cute touch. It can be used for a logotype in advertisements or video captions. The kana and alphanumeric characters are designed by Morisawa, while the kanji characters are taken from the AR RomanMincho typeface developed by Arphic Types.
